Sushi Taka is an exception, having seized the opportunity, and serves just the kind of topnotch sushi you'd expect from a sister brand to the acclaimed Sushi Saito. Whether here or at the restaurant's branches in Kwun Tong and Chek Lap Kok, the seasonal fish and other produce are meticulously selected and imported directly from Japan. Their preparation involves the same reverence that we have come to expect at chef Takashi Saito's more illustrious establishments.
