With three Michelin stars, Sushi Shikon is the most decorated sushiya in town, and the only decorated with three prized Michelin stars. And with just eight seats, it makes for an intimate and engaging encounter with executive sushi chef Yoshiharu Kakinuma and his team. Edomae sushi is delivered in a quintessentially Tokyo style here and even the centuries-old hinoki counter was imported from Japan. Lunch features a starter, soup, eight pieces of the finest sushi, then dessert. At dinner, visitors can enjoy a full omakase experience. It's impossible to predict what you will get as each course depends on the season and what arrived fresh from Japan that morning. The suspense makes for an exciting meal.
