Hongkongers love their K-pop and K-drama, so it's no surprise that Korean restaurant Mosu has proven a hit. The young venture has pedigree, though. Executive chef Sung Anh founded Mosu San Francisco in 2015, which earned a Michelin star within a year, before he moved operations to Seoul and was upgraded to two Michelin stars. The location here, atop the landmark M+ art museum in West Kowloon, can feel a little remote by Hong Kong city centre standards, but make no mistake: this is a destination restaurant. Mosu continues the ethos of its brethren in Seoul by offering diners seasonal and innovative Korean-inspired international fare. Recent dishes of note have included langoustine with pork and meljeot, and lamb served with potato ongsimi and a preilla sauce.
