Sai Ying Pun's best-kept secret no longer, Mostly Harmless is enjoying a massive second year, the first-floor concept having expanded into a ground floor space that was previously occupied by Dama Noodle Bar. The brilliant neighbourhood joint plays to the strengths of the stellar mixologist at its helm, Ezra Star, formerly of Boston-based Drink. The setting is minimal, the menu lean and mean. Available cocktails change daily based on a particular seasonal ingredient (supplied and farmed locally) that is interpreted different ways, using fundamental flavours and techniques, to consistently memorable effect.
