The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre may not seem the most likely place for fine dining. Moon Bay defies expectations. Naturally, one advantage of the location is a spaciousness that is lacking at many restaurants in Hong Kong. As for the menu, expect traditional Cantonese classics – right down to the full page of shark's fin options. The jet-fresh seafood is always worth a try, as is the stir-fried diced MB Wagyu beef with organic black garlic, and the wok-fried fresh crabmeat with crab roe and Chinese kale.
