Situated in the heart of Central, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is a beacon of gastronomic excellence – a restaurant that combines avant-garde fine dining with a relaxed ambience. Not for nothing has the restaurant held three Michelin stars for the past 12 years. At the helm is executive chef Julien Tongourian, a culinary expert mentored by Robuchon himself for more than 20 years. Counter seats and an open kitchen allow diners the chance to see Tongourian and his well-drilled team at work, though regular table seating is also available in the quieter, more intimate Le Jardin area. Complementing the top-notch French food is a vast wine list of more than 17,900 labels, with the restaurant sharing its wine cellar with Macau's Lisboa group.
