A star in its hometown of Singapore, Imperial Treasure has been so successful that it now counts 14 branches in the Lion City as well as locations across Asia and Europe. There are two branches here, with Tsim Sha Tsui the preferred one – not only for its excellent harbour view but also for having the edge in consistency and service. Diners can expect a medley of Chinese flavours in dishes cooked to the highest standard. There is live seafood – take your pick from Boston or Australian lobster – frog cooked two ways, braised spare rib with bitter gourd and black bean sauce served in claypot, and the hometown favourite: live crab in a Singapore-style chilli sauce.
