Few Hong Kong restaurants can match the history of Gaddi's, and few can match the quality either. Entering via a dedicated lift is just one indicator of the exclusivity and luxury to be found here. Old-world charm abounds in the interior design, with blue and gold carpeting, gilded accents and a voluminous chandelier adding to the opulent feel. Since joining in 2019, chef Albin Gobil has brought international recognition to Gaddi's – the restaurant earned its first Michelin star the very next year, an accolade it holds to this day. Gobil's "modern classic" menus are French to the bone. Expect black Angus beef tartar, milk-fed Limousin veal tongue, and lobster bisque among the classics to be brought forth with impeccable ingredients and top-quality service.
