Meaning "inspiration", Estro is where Merone channels the spirit of the place that led him down his chosen path: his hometown of Naples. Dishes here are the complete package. Merone takes care to use the finest ingredients available seasonally, which are prepared using refined techniques before being presented stylishly on the plate. Across lunch and dinner a variety of options are available, from three up to eight courses.
