Diners sampling any restaurant at a W Hotel expect something hip, chic and slightly different from the norm. In this respect, Diva, which opened last September at W Macau, is on the money. Its art deco interior is inspired by films in which Macau has appeared. As for the food, chef Edden Yap brings a contemporary twist to traditional Cantonese fare: slow-cooked spicy pork is not only appealing to the palate but also the eyes, especially when the chilli oil is slowly drizzled atop the meat. Don't forget to also try Diva's dim sum and
tea cocktails.
