Inspired by the greenery of Kowloon Park, which the restaurant overlooks, the decor at Cuisine Cuisine is a luscious emerald, from the carpet to the leather chairs and booths. It sets the tone of anticipation for a charming and soothing dining experience. Executive Chinese chef Edwin Tang reinvents classic Cantonese dishes with creative twists across various menus. There's an extensive selection of seafood available, and with advanced notice, fresh live fish and prawns can be ordered for a special occasion. A particular highlight is the stir-fried fresh Australian lobster with spicy preserved vegetables. Also of note is the vegan umami menu, where all ingredients have been thoughtfully sourced from within a 800km radius in a determined effort to lower food miles.
