One of the newest hotel openings in town, Mondrian Hong Kong has made a splash with its F&B offerings. Carna by Dario Cecchini is the property's steakhouse and has been an instant hit with meat lovers. Cecchini has been lauded as "the world's greatest butcher" and Carna offers some of the finest cuts from around the world including Italy, the US and Australia. The 44-day dry-aged bistecca alla Fiorentina porterhouse is a true beast, both in terms of size and flavour. Bolstering the above are the excellent interior design choices of Joyce Wang (see Mott 32 and The Magistracy), zero-waste cocktails and an impressive wine list.
