Head chef Matthew Kirkley puts more than two decades of experience in two- and three-Michelin-starred restaurants to good use at this neo-Parisian venture, maintaining the exacting standards that have earned Belon local and international recognition. The food here is modern but without all the bells and whistles that can sometimes get in the way at lesser venues. Look forward to the smoked saba with shishito pepper and yellow zucchini, or the Quercy lamb saddle with walnut and Swiss chard.
