Set to celebrate its 10th anniversary this year, Arcane remains a stand-out on Hong Kong's Western dining landscape. Founder Shane Osborn and chef de cuisine Sebastian Lorenzi
continue to present first-class modern European cuisine with Antipodean sensibilities and a focus on sustainable ingredients – including fruits, vegetables and herbs grown in the restaurant's private garden. Choice dishes include smoked quail breast with a warm salad of beetroot, walnut, toasted rice pearls and pickled blackberry; and the lightly grilled tooth fish with fresh peas and Ratte potatoes, shio kombu, buckwheat and a kaffir lime leaf cream. Enjoy the alfresco vibes on the leafy, secluded terrace, or grab a counter seat by the open kitchen to see how the magic happens.
