Mirroring its elegant interior, which fuses the novel and the familiar, Ying’s menu offers both contemporary interpretations of Cantonese dishes and traditional favourites, such as fresh seafood plucked straight from the tank. The kitchen is known for its lychee wood-roasted Iberico pork char siu, a signature prepared with fruitwood for a distinctive smoky sweetness. Other stand-outs include the steamed minced Iberico pork patty, and the stir-fried Macau sole fillet with asparagus and fungus in XO sauce.
