From the team behind the celebrated Taian Table in Shanghai comes this southern offshoot, an intimate 18-seater founded by chef Stefan Stiller in 2021. The restaurant offers an immersive and imaginative eight- to 12-course European tasting menu with Asian influences, which changes every six to eight weeks. Designed as a culinary theatre of sorts, the space is anchored by a U-shaped chef’s counter, where diners enjoy an unobstructed view of the open kitchen and watch the team prepare each dish – a true gastronomic performance. Ideal for celebrating special occasions, the serene setting enhances the originality of the meal. Complementing the worldly cuisine is a highly curated wine list, supported by professional sommelier service.
