
At the Royal Garden Hotel, Sabatini has been serving Italian comfort food for over three decades. The dining room leans into its trattoria inspiration – the faded murals, porcelain vases and live band (every Wednesday to Sunday) lending it the air of a proper Roman holiday. The cooking follows suit: oven-baked lasagne “bolognese” style, risotto with porcini mushrooms, slow braised ossobuco with saffron risotto and gremolata. A separate “Go Green” menu covers plant-based options, while those with a sweet tooth should save room for the tempting dessert trolley.
