Roganic Hong Kong is now settled in its current home at Lee Gardens, nearly a year after it moved across Causeway Bay from its comfortable but incongruous setting in Sino Plaza. While the location has changed, the concept remains consistent. The commitment to sustainability endures, reflected in eco-conscious interiors crafted from reclaimed marble and locally sourced wood, alongside a menu built around local seasonal ingredients. The quality of the food remains excellent, though the menu has undergone a slight shift towards a sharing format. Current highlights include dry-aged Guangdong duck, roasted in longan honey and served with kalibos cabbage, blackcurrant and perilla, as well as stuffed sea bass accompanied by fennel pollen, fermented cauliflower with whey and caper jam. A complete vegetarian menu is available on request.
