Sitting above the gaming floor at Studio City, Pearl Dragon continues to draw diners seeking refined local cooking in an elegant setting. The restaurant underwent a minor revamp last year, reopening in the summer with a refreshed interior and menu that deepens its exploration of Cantonese-Chaozhou cuisine. Executive chef Otto Wong oversees a kitchen that continues to blend these two Guangdong influences without losing focus on the quality ingredients that make the dishes shine. The tea station remains a focal point, with a dedicated sommelier guiding guests through aged pu’er and rare selections. On the food menu, signatures like barbecued Iberico pork, wok-fried Macau sole with wild mushrooms, and double-boiled fish maw soup with snow goose continue to hold their appeal.
