BUSINESS HOURS
Mon-Fri: noon-2.30pm; Sat-Sun: noon-3pm; daily: 6pm-midnight

Inspired by old-time splendour, One Harbour Road is designed to evoke the elegance of a 1930s taipan’s mansion, complete with vast windows and balustrades. That’s not why this restaurant has long attracted a devoted group of regulars, though. Happily, its style is backed by substance: genuinely good food. Under executive Chinese chef Chan Hon‑cheong, the restaurant delivers refined, authentic Cantonese cooking that balances time‑honoured techniques with seasonal updates such as deep-fried Boston lobster claw, with shrimp mousse, served alongside braised Boston lobster, minced pork, egg and a spicy sour sauce. The menu also features a curated vegetarian selection and flexible portions, ensuring the dishes remain approachable for both regulars and first‑time visitors.
