Stand-outs include jet-fresh seafood, stir-fried diced M8 Wagyu beef with organic black garlic, wok-fried fresh crabmeat with crab roe and Chinese kale, crispy osmanthus eel and longevity lotus buns, with a full page of shark’s fin options underscoring its old-school commitment (for better or for worse).
