Since opening more than 50 years ago, the Mandarin Oriental’s premier Chinese restaurant has delighted discerning palates with its exceptional Cantonese cuisine in front of some excellent harbour views. The dim sum menu showcases meticulous craftsmanship and creative items like crabmeat dumplings with caviar and tobiko, and a whole abalone chicken tart. Signature dishes such as Peking duck and the baked crabmeat with yuzu sauce, Cheddar cheese and Chin Kiang vinegar jelly remain staples. The elegant setting, with dark azure tones and Chinese embroidered art panels, provides a fitting backdrop for a classic Cantonese fine-dining experience.
