
Situated on the fifth floor of the Rosewood Guangzhou, Lingnan House is an upscale Cantonese destination that honours locally sourced, sustainable culinary traditions from Guangdong province. Vegetables come from Williams Farm in Huizhou and meat from Zhuhao Farm in Maoming and Kuiyuan Chicken Farm in Nansha as part of the restaurant’s close ties to local communities. Helmed by seasoned executive sous chef Bill Feng, Lingnan House presents signature dishes such as roast goose with taut skin crisped to perfection, a flaky abalone tart, rich sea urchin fried rice and velvety Shawan-style ginger milk curd. Stained glass windows, stripped wooden floors and twinkling chandeliers across the three expansive private dining rooms create a quintessentially retro-elegant Lingnan setting.
