Dynasty has anchored itself over Victoria Harbour since 1989, combining classic “tycoon‑style” Cantonese service with a refined but unpretentious dining room and eight private rooms suited to family gatherings and business dinners alike. Under executive chef Suen Kam‑sing, who brings over 30 years of experience, the restaurant delivers dim sum, barbecued meats and time‑tested banquet dishes, with favourites such as barbecue pork; pan‑fried king scallop with vegetables in gravy; deep‑fried fresh lobster with manitou; and grouper with asparagus appearing regularly across lunch and dinner sittings. Wine‑pairing menus and seasonal beverages, including a signature Dynasty tea blend, add a contemporary touch to the à la carte repertoire.
