
Chef Shane Osborn has maintained his uncompromising standards of service and creativity at Arcane for more than a decade. This dedication now forms the foundation of The Arcane Collective, which was expanded in April 2025 with the launch of Servo, Osborn’s more casual Australian-inspired venture over on On Lan Street.
Arcane itself continues to showcase exceptional modern European cuisine imbued with Antipodean influences, as well as a dedication to sustainable sourcing – including produce grown in the restaurant’s own garden. Expect creations like torched golden figs with ajo blanco, fig leaf oil, toasted almonds and watercress; and blue swimmer crab with crème fraîche, avocado, mitsuba and a truffle dressing.
