Conceived by the renowned Alan Chan Design Company, The Eight at the Grand Lisboa Hotel is a haven for both discerning palates and those who appreciate auspicious symbolism. Chan’s ingenious design prominently features the lucky number “8”, most notably in the restaurant’s central crystal ball fountain. The kitchen here whips up an impressive repertoire of over 40 dim sum varieties, prepared using both traditional and contemporary techniques. The menu also showcases Cantonese barbecue, and wok-fried and steamed dishes, alongside a wide selection of other classic preparations. A near-obsessive commitment to quality is evident in every dish.
