The restaurant’s design and its menu evoke the elegance of the Tang dynasty with the sophisticated interiors possessing an almost ethereal quality, framed by rich burgundy drapes that complement the plush carpet. The cuisine emphasises refined seasonal delicacies and exquisite dim sum. Signature dishes include the baked stuffed crab shell with crabmeat and onions, and the baked seafood rice brimming with crabmeat, scallops and shrimp, accompanied by a creamy cheese sauce.
