Helmed by Hong Kong native executive Chinese chef Hung Chi-kwong, who brings over 30 years of experience, Rùn honours tradition while embracing innovative ingredients and unexpected pairings. Chef Hung’s creations are designed to surprise and delight, with stand-out examples the wok-fried spotted grouper fillet with asparagus, and the roasted salted crispy chicken.
