The restaurant impresses with its charming service, opulent decor featuring plush carpets, marble columns and shimmering crystal chandeliers. A truly remarkable 12,000-bottle wine cellar provides an almost limitless selection of perfect pairings. Executive chef Uwe Opocensky presents elegant modern interpretations of classic French dishes and he is always eager to engage with guests about his culinary inspirations. The previous winter menu proved particularly memorable, showcasing highlights like Koshihikari rice with truffles and winter vegetables, beef calotte, and turbot with celeriac and horseradish.
