The past 12 months have been something of a banner year for Mosu Hong Kong’s founder and executive chef, Sung Anh. Yes, the original Mosu in Seoul already had three Michelin stars but Sung’s role as a judge for Netflix’s new cooking contest, Culinary Class Wars, pushed him to true celebrity chef stardom. It’s still too early to tell whether this will prove a distraction to operations at Mosu here in Hong Kong but for now standards remain high. Sung continues to offer the same seasonal and globally inspired Korean fare that has brought him to fame, including stand-outs like the superb Hanwoo BLT.
