The recent Terroir Volume II menu presents an array of creative cocktails that explore the different terroirs of France. Must tries include the La Banane, inspired by Cognac, featuring Hennessy VSOP, banana and roasted anise, and It’s Thyme! with its use of thyme, kombucha and mescal.
