Caprice Bar is a particularly rare proposition in Hong Kong. Were the bar separate from its accompanying three-Michelin-starred restaurant, both would still be outstanding in their own right. Leaving technical and conceptual innovation to fellow Four Seasons neighbour Argo, Caprice offers a straightforward, well-executed and essential bar experience. The recent Terroir Volume II menu presents an array of creative cocktails that explore the different terroirs of France. Must tries include the La Banane, inspired by Cognac, featuring Hennessy VSOP, banana and roasted anise, and It’s Thyme! with its use of thyme, kombucha and mescal.
