Arcane celebrated its 10th anniversary towards the end of 2024. Ten years is a long time in Hong Kong’s frenetic F&B industry and it is pleasing to write that over the last 10 years, neither the standards of service, nor the creativity of founder-chef Shane Osborn, have dipped. Arcane continues to showcase exceptional modern European cuisine imbued with Antipodean influences, as well as a dedication to sustainable sourcing – including produce cultivated in the restaurant’s own garden. Recent highlights have included torched golden figs with ajo blanco, fig leaf oil, toasted almonds and watercress; and blue swimmer crab with crème fraîche, avocado, mitsuba and a truffle dressing.
